| About:I am an applied geophysicist whose principal research interests lie in imaging and modelling fractured rocks. I have a strong multidisciplinary background in earth sciences. My particular interests are in imaging fractures to ensure safe underground storage of greenhouse gases, monitoring hydro-fracture stimulations for tight and shale gas, and in using numerical models to understand the geomechanical response of producing oil reservoirs. I am based in the geophysics group of the School of Earth Sciences, Bristol University.
